We collect account details you provide, such as your email address and profile information. We also process wallet addresses, transaction references, app activity, rewards, device information, notification preferences, and security or error logs needed to operate the service.

We never ask for your wallet recovery phrase or private key. Wallet secrets stored through supported backup features are encrypted before storage.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, wallets, rewards, games, staking, swaps, and notifications.
• Confirm transactions, prevent fraud, enforce limits, and protect accounts.
• Send service emails and communications you choose to receive.

Blockchain information

Public blockchain transactions and wallet addresses are visible permanently on their respective networks. Giftedhands cannot change, erase, or reverse public blockchain records.

Sharing and service providers

We share only what is necessary with infrastructure, email, analytics, notification, market-data, wallet, and transaction providers that help deliver the service. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, and monitoring to protect information. No online system is risk-free, so you are responsible for securing your email, password, device, and wallet credentials.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal requirements, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may update profile and communication preferences in the app and may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Legal or public blockchain records may need to remain.

Children and international use

Giftedhands is not intended for children under 18. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
