Your account

Provide accurate information, use a strong unique password, and protect your devices and sign-in methods. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

Wallets and transactions

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and may involve network, contract, bridge, exchange, or market risks. Always verify the network, token, address, amount, and fees before approving a transaction. You remain responsible for your wallet credentials and transaction decisions.

Games, rewards, staking, and swaps

Availability and legality vary by location. Values, rewards, odds, rates, fees, liquidity, and outcomes may change. Digital assets can lose value, and displayed market data may be delayed or inaccurate. Nothing in Giftedhands is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm others.
• Do not manipulate rewards, games, referrals, tasks, prices, or transactions.
• Do not bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or access another person’s account.
• Do not use automated systems unless Giftedhands expressly permits them.

Suspension and changes

We may restrict or end access to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or maintain the service. Features and these terms may change; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Giftedhands does not guarantee uninterrupted access, asset value, profits, transaction completion, or third-party services. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
